This was a photoshoot I did on February 26th and 27th. It was a lot of fun and with the aid of my wonderful friends the shoot was a success. I did ALL the hair (including styling the wigs), make-up, photography, and editing. (whoo crazy right?) I really enjoyed the experience though. It tested my creative abilities and gave me a lot of experience in working with models, costuming, lighting, and all that jazz. The photo that is to the left is one of my favorites. The Model, Miss Cheryl, was a pleasure to work with and she was posing as a mermaidesque. The funniest thing about this shoot was doing it in the bathtub which made us both laugh as we tried to keep the bubbles from dying. She was clothed but it gave a much better effect of a 'tail' when you couldn't see the legs beneath the bubbles. Her shoot ending up being more headshots than anything. But I love the make-up I did!
Then next shot is my absolute favorite for both days. Miss Rhiannon looks absolutely stunning in this photo! And the best part is that all of her shots were taken in the rain while both her and I were holding umbrella's! It's amazing because half of her shots she is really holding an umbrella slightly to the left but with photo genius you can't even tell! We had a lot of laughs trying to work out poses that would not get her wet or make the umbrella obvious. All in all it was awesome and she looke gorgeous! She was posing as a Forest Fairy by the way :)
The other shots with the lovely Amanda and Larisa are as equally beautiful. Larisa portrayed a doll and did a fantasically. Making her set was a lot of fun and she got to sit in a bunch of pillows and stuffed bears. Amanda played a rugged almost rebel type and I was impressed with her actually getting into the dirt and climbing over fences for the photoshoot. They both did a fantastic job are were just as fun to work with! So enjoy their photos as well. :)
